Appointments & Cancellations

• A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all appointments.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the service fee.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may result in refusal of future bookings.

 

Late Policy

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled depending on the schedule.

• Repeated tardiness may result in a non-refundable deposit requirement for future appointments.

 

Refunds

• No refunds are offered for services rendered.

• Product purchases are non-refundable but may be exchanged within 7 days if unopened and unused.

 

Client Health & Safety

• Please inform your provider of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or current medications.

• Waxing clients must have at least 2-3 weeks of hair growth for optimal results.

• Skincare services are not recommended for clients currently using Retin-A, Accutane, or other strong active treatments.

 

Minors

• Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for waxing or skincare services.

• Written consent may be required for certain treatments.

 

Retail Product Disclaimer

• Our handmade products use natural, non-toxic ingredients. Always perform a patch test before full use.

• Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.

• Store all products in a cool, dry area. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
